A family tradition takes a fresh path with the creation of a brand-new craft beer
Every great story starts with a little madness
It was the end of the pandemic, and we were craving for new challenges and experiences. We thought a beer could bring us a breath of fresh air. The first step was deciding what kind of beer we should brew. After a tasting session of twenty different styles, we chose the freshest, lightest, and most aromatic one: an APA.

Innovation beyond tradition
Curiosity has always defined us, and this beer gave us exactly what we were looking for.

Crazier than ever
At the winery shop, ENoLoCA sells very well—just like in our restaurant, where most diners start off with a pint; that was one of our main goals. Encouraged by the momentum, we took things further and began distributing to restaurants, specialty stores, and hotels.

A NEW FAMILY STORY IS BORN
With a basic brewing setup and lots of excitement, we began to learn the exciting process of making wort from grain—it felt like magic. We loved it, and so did our visitors. We dare to make our first bottlings and started upgrading our facilities.

Each sip takes us further
As demand grew, so did our production. Encouraged by the great feedback, we bought new equipment.

A future full of foam
This is the year of the big challenge: investing in a next-level brewhouse and more isobaric tanks. We need to scale up production to reach our target establishments across the Canary Islands and prepare for future exports to mainland Spain. We’ve also introduced a 30L disposable keg format—perfect for private events and specialty beer bars.

I had long carried the desire to expand the family and dive into a world that was familiar, yet completely new to me: craft beer brewing. With the goal of creating a local and innovative product, we embarked on this adventure—one that has been yielding great results.
I gave our first brew to ten people who where at the restaurant that day.
I didn’t need any more than their approval to know we had done it right.
